Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide a Virtual Reality Training System. The system must meet the salient characteristics outlined in Attachment 1. The vendor must provide pricing utilizing the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) breakout, and include salient physical, functional, and/or performance characteristics. The Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government based on the best overall offer that is determined to be the best value to the Government.
The key factors to be considered in the evaluation of offers include:
• Acceptability: Offers must conform with the technical acceptable criteria outlined in the solicitation.
• Price: The Government will conduct a price analysis in accordance with FAR 12.209.
• Delivery terms: The offer must include a delivery period of 180 days or less.
The vendor must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
