Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking vendors to provide winter maintenance sand for its Eastern Region Area 4. Bidders must quote a per‑cubic‑yard price that includes all costs to deliver the sand to designated Inventory Control Points (ICPs) in Colville and Ione, or provide a “will‑call” price for pick‑up by WSDOT.
