S208--Patient Assisted Parking Services - Fargo Medical Center

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to provide Patient Assisted Parking services at the Fargo VA Health Care System Medical Center. The services will include greeting patients, taking possession of keys and vehicles, and parking the vehicles in assigned areas. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of five years, with one base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and adhere to all VA policies and regulations.
