RFP 2026 - 09 Residential Solid Waste Collection & Recycling Services

The City of Woodstock, Georgia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide solid waste collection, disposal, recycling, and yard waste services for residential customers and downtown businesses. The contractor will be responsible for quarterly billings, customer complaints, and maintaining an office and service facilities. The contractor will also provide once per week curbside collection of residential household garbage and recyclable materials. • The contractor will provide a 95-gallon Roll Out Cart for each residential unit. • The contractor will provide a 64-gallon plastic recycling cart for each residential unit. • The contractor will collect bulky waste materials once a week. • The contractor will maintain records on the weight of recyclable materials collected and the set-out rate. • The contractor will provide quarterly reports to the city with a listing of the tonnage of all residential waste and recycling collected.
