The State of Missouri Department of Mental Health is seeking a vendor to provide conference‑center services for a CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) Refresher Training Conference. The event will take place October 21‑23, 2026, in the Jefferson City or Columbia, MO area. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) with an open period from 09/18/2026 to 09/24/2026.
