Service contract for Thermo chromatograph-mass spectrometer systems

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking a service contract for Thermo chromatograph-mass spectrometer systems. The contractor will provide customized service plans for several analytical instruments, including a Q-Exactive Orbitrap mass spectrometer, Vanquish Horizon UHPLC peripherals, and Ultimate 3000 RSLCnano peripherals. The service plans must include an annual Performance Maintenance (PM) visit, corrective maintenance, and replacement of parts subject to wear. The contractor must provide proof of certification by the manufacturer, Thermo Electron. The place of performance is the Goddard Space Flight Center in the Astrobiology Analytical Lab. • The contract includes an annual Performance Maintenance (PM) visit for the Q-Exactive Orbitrap mass spectrometer, the Vanquish Horizon UHPLC, and the Ultimate 3000 RSLCnano. • The contract includes one corrective maintenance throughout the service plan coverage period for the Q-Exactive Orbitrap mass spectrometer. • The contractor shall replace all parts subject to wear as defined in the product-specific PM checklist. • The contract includes a comprehensive PM parts kit for each PM visit. • The contract includes priority response time for all visits.
