Description
The Washington National Guard is seeking a contractor to relocate medical equipment from Building 34 to Building 46. The scope of work includes relocating panoramic dental x-ray machines, medical record storage systems, immunization fridges, and a sensiphone. The contractor will be responsible for disassembling, relocating, and reassembling the equipment, as well as ensuring that all work is completed during regular business hours and meets current building and fire codes.
Key tasks and deliverables include:
• Relocating 2x panoramic dental x-ray machines in Building 34
• Relocating 8x medical record storage systems in Building 34
• Relocating 3x immunization fridges and 1x sensiphone from Building 34 to Building 46
• Ensuring all relocations and assemblies comply with current building and fire codes
• Collaborating with the customer to finalize the relocation
