Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to replace a 4-ton packaged cooling rooftop unit with gas heating at the Golden Ring Landscape Depot Office in Rosedale, Maryland. The scope of work includes demolition, removal, installation, and commissioning of the new unit, as well as providing a 5-year compressor parts warranty and maintenance. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in the commercial HVAC business and maintain a current State of Maryland HVAC Master Technician License.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor for the project.
• The contractor must ensure that all work is done in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• The contractor must provide a certified test and balance report for the new unit.
• The contractor must maintain a safe and secure worksite and adhere to all safety protocols.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the State of Maryland.
