Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Lyrasis, Inc.

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Lyrasis, Inc. to renew the subscription for a site license to the Springer Nature Branded Title Journals and the Springer Nature Read & Publish Journals for the 2026 calendar year. The period of performance is one year. The contract will allow the Learning Resource Center (LRC) to maintain access to resources utilized daily by USU professors, researchers, and students. • The contract is for a site license to the Springer Nature Branded Title Journals and the Springer Nature Read & Publish Journals. • The period of performance is one year. • The contract will be awarded to Lyrasis, Inc. due to their unique ability to provide the required resources. • Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
