Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for its Donner Pass Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, cleaning chemicals, paper products, trash liners, and related operating costs, and must meet the minimum hourly labor rate and blended benefit rate set by the state. Service is required at least one hour per day, five days per week, with duties ranging from floor cleaning and waste removal to restroom sanitation and window cleaning. The contract runs for a twelve‑month period with an option to extend for an additional year, and the award will be based on the lowest total monthly cost submitted.
