The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, is seeking to negotiate a sole source award with GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. for perinatal software services to support the Gallup Indian Medical Center. The contract includes the renewal of the software license, contractual and technical support for the GE Perinatal software currently used in the Women's Health Unit. The project involves maintaining a central monitoring system for surveillance of mothers in labor, archiving of fetal monitoring strips, and electronic documentation of care. Key aspects of the project include:
* Renewal of the GE Perinatal software license
* Contractual and technical support for the existing system
* Maintenance of a central monitoring system for labor rooms, triage bays, nurse’s station, and provider station
* Archiving of fetal monitoring strips and electronic documentation of care
* Compliance with GIMC security and non-disclosure requirements
* Adherence to federal regulations such as the Privacy Act, HIPAA, and CFR 42 Part 2.
