Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace underground 15kV feeders and transformers at the EJT NLR VA campus. The project involves replacing transformers, manholes, and splice/separable connections. The contractor will be required to provide new lockable covers for manholes, replace existing splices with new devices, and perform NETA testing. The project will be completed in two separate periods: a pre-construction period of 180 days and a construction period of 365 days.

* Replacing transformers with similar connections that do not require additional cable length
* Providing new metering devices compatible with the existing PME monitoring system
* Performing NETA testing once per completed loop
* Coordinating with the VA to ensure compliance with the project specifications and drawings
