Description
The Hill Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide heavy equipment and rock truck lease services to the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) Detachment 1 Dugway Operations. The contractor will be responsible for delivering requested equipment to the UTTR location and performing all required repair, service, or replacement of equipment. The lease period is expected to be from 02 March 2026 to 01 March 2031.
• The contractor must provide a technical description of the items being offered, including product literature or other documents as necessary.
• The contractor must meet or exceed the minimum employee compensation requirements as specified in the Wage Determination (WD) 2015-5489 Revision 28.
• The contractor must provide contact information for the proposed employee to permit the government to verify the employee's availability to begin performance upon the period of performance start date.
• The total evaluated price (TEP) will be used to identify the quote that is most beneficial to the government.
