Description
The State of Ohio is seeking a contractor to provide two 80-page booklets, "Mushrooms of Ohio" and "Summer Wildflowers of Ohio", for use by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife. The booklets should be full color, 2-sided, self-cover, and have full bleeds using a 150-line screen minimum. The contract requires the production of 50,000 total books, with 25,000 copies of each booklet. The contractor must deliver the booklets by February 25, 2026.

• Two booklets, 80 pages each, full color, 2-sided, self-cover, full bleeds using 150-line screen minimum

• No subcontracting of presswork allowed
• Artwork will be provided to the awarded vendor via email or vendor ftp portal
• Booklets shall be bound in sets of 20 or 25 by shrink wrap, paper strap, or plastic strap
• Packaging in 200 lbs. test corrugated cardboard boxes with 200 up to 400 booklets per box
