Description
The Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) is seeking legislative consulting services for a two-year period, with an option to renew for two additional two-year periods. The selected firm will provide services related to water resources, environmental and natural resources, and local, state, and federal government issues. The EAA encourages minority-owned and women-owned businesses to submit statements of interest and qualifications.
• The statement of interest should include a firm resume, a general description of experience in legislative consulting services, a summary of background and experience, an assessment of qualifications, and a statement certifying that the applicant and/or his/her firm is not aware of any existing conflicts of interest with the EAA or its Board of Directors.
• The EAA will select a short list of firms for interviews and provide more detailed information on the project.
• The deadline for submitting statements of interest and qualifications is 3:00 p.m. Central Time, Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
