Kitchen Equipment for the Pine Ridge IHS Dietary

The Indian Health Service is seeking information from potential vendors for the procurement of commercial food service and sanitation equipment to support patient meal production, sanitation compliance, and uninterrupted dietary operations at the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital. The equipment required includes waste receptacle enclosures, step-on wheeled trash cans, hydro-heater sanitizing sink heaters, kettle tables, tilting electric steam jacketed kettles, nugget ice machines, and water filtration systems. The contractor will be required to provide the equipment within four months of the date of award. • The equipment must meet specific requirements and specifications outlined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Specification Sheet. • The contractor must provide a capability statement that includes information about their current capability and capacity to perform the work, prior completed events of similar nature/size, organizational experience and management capability, and examples of prior completed government contracts. • The contractor must also provide documentation on their ability to provide a variety of kitchen equipment and their ability to fully satisfy the requirements described in the notice. • The government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
