Description
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking to replace an existing Galaxy VX 500 kW N+1 UPS that has failed due to water-related damage. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, transportation, materials, and supplies required to remove and dispose of the existing UPS, furnish and install a new Schneider Electric Galaxy VX 500 kW N+1 UPS, connect the new UPS to existing infrastructure, and perform startup, testing, commissioning, and place the new UPS system into full operational service. The replacement UPS must meet specific minimum specifications, including being manufactured by Schneider Electric, having a 500 kW N+1 configuration, and being compatible with existing lithium-ion batteries and input/output breakers.

• The contractor must be an authorized Schneider Electric / APC distributor or reseller.
• The contractor must utilize OEM-certified technicians for startup and commissioning services.
• The replacement UPS must be fully compatible with the existing redundant Schneider Electric Galaxy VX 500 kW UPS.
