The State of Vermont is seeking qualified IT service firms to enter a five‑year retainer contract covering a broad menu of professional technology services. Vendors may pre‑qualify for any of 26 defined service categories—from business analysis and project management to cybersecurity incident response and GIS analytics—by completing the pricing schedule in Attachment A1. Existing contractors must re‑qualify; new firms must submit full technical and pricing proposals. The contract will be billed on a time‑and‑materials basis, with rates locked for the contract term, and payments made net‑30 after invoice acceptance.
