The County of Atlantic, NJ seeks a qualified contractor to deliver a comprehensive therapeutic job‑readiness program for TANF, GA, and SNAP participants. The contractor will provide trauma‑informed counseling, cognitive‑behavioral therapy, life‑skills training, job‑skill instruction, supported work placements, and barrier‑removal services (transportation, childcare, licensing assistance). Performance will be measured by participant numbers, placement metrics, and monthly reporting requirements, with a contract term of one fiscal year and a maximum ceiling of $600,000.
• Provide therapeutic counseling (trauma‑informed, CBT) to improve participants’ employability.
• Deliver life‑skills, digital literacy, financial literacy, and job‑search services, including resume building and interview prep.
• Offer supported work experiences, on‑the‑job training, and coordination with One‑Stop centers; include barrier‑removal supports such as transportation and childcare allowances.
• Report monthly on individual employment plans, attendance, and outcomes; meet Level‑of‑Service target of 150 participants (≥ 75 receiving therapy) and earn performance‑based payments for placements.
