Request for Qualifications to Provide Public Equity Investment Advisory Services

The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) is seeking a qualified advisor(s) to provide public equity investment advisory services. The selected advisor will be required to execute a contract provided by ERS, which will begin on a date specified in the contract and can be terminated as provided for in the contract. The advisor must meet the minimum qualifications set forth in the RFQ and provide the level of services required. The RFQ is available as an attachment to the ESBD notice, and potential respondents must be registered with eVestment by January 19, 2026. • The strategy ERS seeks is described in the ERS Investment Strategy Description, attached to the RFQ as Appendix D. • Respondents must meet the Initial Review Phase requirements to be invited to submit a Response. • ERS reserves the right to rebid the RFQ, reject any Response, and revise any provisions in the RFQ.
