Description
The Department of Health's Children's Medical Services (CMS), Bureau of Child Protection and Special Technologies is seeking a sub-specialty certification program for the credentialing of Child Protection Team Medical Directors. The program will ensure competency in child abuse for Child Protection Team Medical Directors who are licensed under Chapter 458, F.S., and board certified in pediatrics. The certification system is used to inform child abuse and neglect investigations.
• The certification program will be used for a period of 3 years.
