Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a membership to the ERAI research database. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, ERAI, Inc. The membership will provide access to ERAI's database, which is necessary for NSWC Crane and NAVSEA to identify poor parts or suppliers and reduce the risk of counterfeit electronic parts being installed in NAVSEA systems. The contract will be for a period of one year, from 29 May 2026 to 28 May 2027.
• The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
• The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes all necessary information, including pricing and delivery schedule.
• The Government reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or cause.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity and controlled unclassified information.
