Description
The US Air Force is conducting market research to determine responsible sources capable of providing IUID Hardware Support Services. The services include on-site part-marking support, hardware and software inventory and configuration, hardware maintenance and trouble shooting, network administration privileges support, status meetings, OEM hardware maintenance, software maintenance and updates, equipment and process training, and reports, metrics, and data deliverables. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary to provide hardware support services for IUID part-marking and other part-marking activities at various Air Logistics Centers and other locations.
