Description
The City of Columbus is seeking quotations for commercial cleaning equipment maintenance and repair services. The agreement will be for an indefinite quantity, and the City estimates that the total amount spent will not exceed $50,000. The services will include on-site repair of miscellaneous cleaning machines and equipment located within the City of Columbus. The quotation should include rates for labor, trip charges, fuel, shop charges, parts markup, and other miscellaneous charges.
• The agreement will expire on March 31, 2027.
• The City will issue individual purchase orders as needed, and the obligation of the City will not exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order.
• The prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified.
• The bidder must add any additional charges and fees not covered in the lines, and any charges not specifically listed will not be approved for payment.
