IBM Power 9 Annual Hardware Maintenance - Renewal

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking to acquire IBM Power System hardware for virtualized environments under an annual subscription model. The annual maintenance plan shall provide 24x7x365 technical support for all hardware components, including hardware security certificates, maintenance upgrades, and replacement of any defective hardware during the coverage period.
