Investigative Services

The City of Modesto is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide investigative services for a period of two years. The selected consultant will be required to conduct various types of investigative services, including surveillance, investigative research, interviews, background investigations, and more. The consultant must have experience in performing similar services and must be able to comply with state and federal laws, regulations, and best practices.
