Emergency Generator at City Hall

The City of Northlake is seeking contractors to supply, install, and commission a standby natural gas generator system at City Hall, including all civil, mechanical, and electrical work. The scope covers a reinforced concrete generator pad, automatic transfer switch (ATS), control cabinet, full electrical conduit and cable runs, gas piping, and necessary modifications to existing utilities. Contractors must purchase the bid documents ($30 fee) and be listed on the Bidder’s Plan Holder List to submit a bid. • Provide a complete generator set with ATS and control equipment. • Perform site preparation, concrete pad construction, and utility connections (electrical and gas). • Conduct testing, commissioning, and documentation of the entire system.
