SOLE SOURCE-Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program- CRF

The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a vendor to administer the Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program (SHIP) and distribute funds to each hospital recipient as well as coordinate consortium efforts. The vendor will be paid to administer the SHIP program, with the majority of the administrative fees allocated towards SHIP program salaries and fringes, and a small portion for auditing and training.
