Description
The Newark Housing Authority is seeking statements of qualifications from financial institutions and lending partners to provide financing services for housing and community development projects. The goal is to establish a pool of prequalified lenders and financial service providers that demonstrate the capacity, experience, and compliance necessary to support NHA's development initiatives. Respondents will be evaluated on their financial strength, prior experience with housing authority or affordable housing development financing, ability to comply with federal and state procurement requirements, and overall capacity to support NHA's pipeline of projects.
