Liquid Oxygen Services - FCC Butner

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking information from potential contractors to provide liquid oxygen services to the Federal Correctional Complex in Butner, North Carolina. The contractor will be responsible for providing rental and/or lease of liquid oxygen reservoirs, weekly supply and delivery of liquid oxygen, and maintenance of the equipment. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor must be certified by federal and state regulatory agencies to meet federal and local certification requirements in the supply and delivery of liquid oxygen. Some key points to consider include: • The contractor must provide 18 rented and/or leased liquid oxygen reservoirs compatible with the HELiOS LOX liquid oxygen portable units. • The contractor must supply and deliver liquid oxygen and refill rented reservoirs weekly. • The contractor must provide maintenance on rented equipment as required. • The contractor must provide staff training on the use and care of rental equipment as necessary. • The contractor must comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
