PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE AWARD: PUBLIC SAFETY RMS SOFTWARE SUPPORT

The Westchester County Department of Public Safety and the Bureau of Purchase and Supplies intend to recommend the issuance of a Sole Source award to CentralSquare Technologies, LLC for software maintenance and support services related to the County’s public safety records management system. The system is used by the Department of Public Safety to manage incident reporting, case records, and data interfaces with state and federal systems. The total annual cost for the public safety records management software support services shall not exceed $106,356.80.
