Therapeutic Chairs - Brand name or Equal

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase therapeutic chairs, brand name or equal, for the Community Living Center at the Tomah VA Medical Center. The chairs must meet specific salient characteristics, including integrated pressure redistribution system, high pressure foam and positioning supports, tilt-in-space functionality, and adjustable features. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the chairs to the Tomah VA Medical Center and providing training to staff on the use and maintenance of the chairs. • The chairs must be hospital-grade and designed for individuals with cognitive and physical impairments. • The chairs must provide essential postural support, pressure injury prevention, and safe mobility assistance. • The contractor must deliver the chairs to the Tomah VA Medical Center and provide training to staff. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
