STTJ)-2026-27 (Removal and Replacement of HVAC Chiller #1 at Cyril E King Airport, St. Thomas, USVI

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors to safely remove and replace the existing operational Chiller #1 located on the roof of the Cyril E. King Terminal Building, St. Thomas, USVI. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, rigging, hoisting, crane services if required, safety controls, temporary protection, permits, coordination, disposal, and incidentals necessary to safely complete the work. • The project includes the removal and replacement of the existing chiller, including all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. • The contractor must provide a proposal bond at 10% of the total bid amount. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. • The contractor must obtain all necessary licenses, insurances, permits, and certificates. • The contractor must complete a background investigation for all employees working on the project.
