Professional Engineering Services for Miller Street Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Upgrades

The Clay County Utility Authority is seeking a consultant to provide professional engineering services for the Miller Street Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) upgrades. The scope of work includes design drawings and bid specifications for construction of a new headworks, septage receiving station, electrical/chemical storage building, chemical feed pump station, and overall electrical and instrumentation improvements. The consultant will also provide permitting, bidding, and services during construction. The authority is looking for a consultant with experience in water reclamation facility design and construction, and the ability to provide high-quality services in a timely and cost-effective manner. • The consultant must have a strong understanding of the project requirements and be able to demonstrate their ability to provide the necessary services. • The consultant must have experience working on similar projects and be able to provide references. • The consultant must be able to demonstrate their ability to work with the authority's staff and other stakeholders. • The consultant must be able to provide a detailed project schedule and budget. • The consultant must be able to demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
