Description
The Franchise Tax Board is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide material handling equipment maintenance and repair services. The services include preventative maintenance and repair of forklifts, electric pallet jacks, electric carts, dock plates, and GEM Cars. The contract term is three years, and the estimated term dates are October 27, 2025, through October 26, 2028. The bid submission deadline is September 26, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
• The bidder must have a minimum of two years' experience in performing the required services.
• The bidder must provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, and parts necessary to perform the services.
• The bidder must comply with the State's General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) and other requirements outlined in the IFB.
• The evaluation and selection process will be based on the responsiveness and responsibility of the bidder, with the lowest cost to the State being the primary factor.
• The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive immaterial deviations in a bid.
