Description
The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health, is seeking a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to provide administrative, fiscal, and programmatic oversight to community-based organizations that deliver essential health, housing, and social services to Transgender, Gender Expansive, and Intersex (TGI) individuals across Los Angeles County. The TPA will disburse funds and provide capacity-building support to these organizations. The contract term will commence on the date of execution and continue through June 30, 2027. The available funds are estimated to be between $3,100,000 and $3,250,000. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing administrative, fiscal, and programmatic oversight to community-based organizations
• Disbursing funds to community-based organizations
• Providing capacity-building support to community-based organizations
• Ensuring compliance with County regulations and policies
• Coordinating with County departments and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
