24HR Public Restroom

The City of Port Angeles is seeking bids for the purchase of one 24-hour public restroom, specifically a Non-Solar Portland Loo, 304 stainless steel, single occupancy restroom. The restroom should include features such as a toilet, front door, skylight, 40W heat trace, interior and exterior LED lighting, and an occupancy counter. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the restroom to the City of Port Angeles Erickson Park. The government estimate for this project is $195,000. • The restroom must be made of 304 stainless steel and have a single occupancy design. • The wall panels should be 3/16” ASTM A 304 stainless steel structural plate steel. • The frame and louvers should be fabricated from ¼” 304/304L ASTM A240A stainless steel plate. • The skylight should be pre-assembled 304/304L ASTM A240A stainless steel frame with 1/8” translucent double pane 1/8” tempered glass. • The main door should be 3/16” 304/304L ASTM A 240A stainless steel plate with formed edges around the perimeter. • The door hardware should be Satin Chrome finish. • The restroom should have exterior recessed hand wash station with cold air hand dryer, tempered water, and black OP soap dispenser. • The bidder should provide proof of at least five years of experience as a pre-engineered building supplier/manufacturer.
