Sources Sought- Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction Machine: Maintenance and User Training

The United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources to provide maintenance and user training for a Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) machine. The qPCR machine is used to copy deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and is essential for identifying microorganisms present in drinking water. The contractor will provide maintenance service and user training for the qPCR machine, which includes instrument cleaning and inspection, lamp replacement, software and electronics, system calibration and verification, and user training. The contractor must provide a technician who has equipment-specific training by the qPCR manufacturer and familiarity with laboratory environments. The contract will be performed on a date to be determined during FY26. • The contractor must provide maintenance and user training for a qPCR machine. • The contractor must have equipment-specific training by the qPCR manufacturer. • The contractor must have familiarity with laboratory environments. • The contractor must provide a technician who will be responsible for the performance of the work. • The contractor must have a good working knowledge of both written and spoken English.
