Description
The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking a platform to handle Research participant CRM, communications, scheduling, and incentive distribution. The platform should be cloud-based and support 12+ users, 15k+ contacts, and multiple user panels per state organization. The contract will have an initial term of 12 months and may be renewed or extended upon written agreement by the awarded Bidder and the Agency. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate changes to the original performance measures, quantities, term length, and requirements identified in this RFQ.
