Description
The PRIDE of Ticonderoga is seeking a contractor to perform home rehabilitation work on a single-family residence in Au Sable Forks, NY. The project involves addressing significant structural and code deficiencies to meet RCNYS and local code standards. The scope of work includes wildlife exclusion, full roof replacement, fascia/soffit repairs, new egress doors and windows, siding and insulation upgrades, stair reconstruction, electrical system replacement, whole-house heat pump installation, and installation of code-required smoke and CO detectors. The contractor must comply with all applicable codes and regulations, provide biweekly progress updates, and complete the work within 90 days of contract award.
