Description
The project involves the construction of a new access road and reconstruction of a parking lot at the Yankton Readiness Center. The work includes repair of paved POV and entrance road, and upgrade of armory entrance road. The project must be substantially complete within 135 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
• The project is located at the Yankton Readiness Center, 204 W 31st Street, Yankton, SD 57078.
• A pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM, CST.
• Each bid in excess of $100,000 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or draft in the amount of five percent (5%) or a ten percent (10%) bid bond.
• Copies of the drawings and specifications may be obtained by bidders at the office of Schemmer.
