Description
The State of Iowa is seeking bids for the rehabilitation/repair of Godwin water pumps for Homeland Security Emergency Management. The contract term will begin on 2/25/2026 and expire on 2/24/2027, with the option to renew for up to five annual extensions. The bidder must provide a 4-hour response time and assign certified/authorized technicians. The state reserves the right to award to more than one bidder and to add additional pieces of equipment to the agreement.
• The bidder must read and agree to the terms and conditions of the RFB.
• The bidder must provide a certification of independence and a certification regarding debarment.
• The bidder must read and authorize the release of information for their bid.
• The bidder must agree to the payment terms, including a 60-day payment period and the option to use the state's purchasing card program.
• The bidder must provide a discount for payment in 30 days.
• The bidder must comply with the terms of p-card acceptance.
