Dishwashing Machines Lease and Maintenance

The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk is seeking a contractor to provide dishwashing machines and pot and pan machines, along with associated maintenance and upkeep service, to various Navy locations in the Mid-Atlantic region. The contractor will be required to provide qualified personnel, parts, and services to perform routine preventive maintenance checks, repairs, and emergency repair service. The contractor will also be required to provide training on the use of the machines and submit service reports. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options for renewal. • The contractor will provide dishwashing machines and pot and pan machines to various Navy locations in the Mid-Atlantic region. • The contractor will provide associated maintenance and upkeep service, including routine preventive maintenance checks and repairs. • The contractor will provide emergency repair service, with a 2-hour initial response time and a 48-hour call back to validate resolution. • The contractor will provide training on the use of the machines and submit service reports. • The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options for renewal.
