The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) is seeking a consultant to collect school inventory and condition data of small school districts and state tribal education compact schools which have not been updated or reported in the Information and Condition of Schools (ICOS) database in the past ten years. The consultant will perform building inventory and condition assessments of school districts with enrollments of less than three thousand students that have at least fifty percent of buildings not updated in ICOS in the last ten years, as well as state tribal education compact schools. The project aims to ensure policy makers have up-to-date data within OSPI's ICOS database to make funding decisions. Key responsibilities include conducting building condition assessments, creating area analyses of school buildings, and providing detailed information on how many districts will be completed with a plan for alternatives in case some districts choose not to participate.
