Milan Puskar Stadium West Tower - Graphics and Wayfinding

The effort includes assessing architectural plans, holding virtual design meetings, providing monthly progress reports, and delivering final programming deliverables that meet code‑required signage and branding standards. • Develop full‑color concept renderings, floor‑plan graphics, and way‑finding signage specifications for a 75,000‑sq‑ft stadium tower. • Provide budgeting, scheduling, and benchmarking against peer institutions. • Coordinate with WVU Athletics, the construction manager, and design‑build team; mandatory pre‑proposal conference call on 4 Sept 2026. • Programming phase must be completed within 8 weeks after contract award; optional design/fabrication/installation phases may follow.
