Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking a certified Small Business (SB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) to provide janitorial services in Alameda County. The services include regular janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning restrooms, as well as occasional tasks like shampooing carpets and cleaning windows. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. The contractor must be registered with the Labor Commissioner's Office and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements.
