The City of Tybee Island is seeking a contractor to provide videography services, including audio-visual coverage for City Council and Commission meetings, public outreach, events, and Tyb.TV channel programming. The contractor will be required to provide on-call, as-needed services. The proposal should include pricing for hourly rates and monthly retainer amounts.
