Description
The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking proposals from qualified providers to provide pre-employment psychological evaluation services for Fire Department personnel. The selected provider will be required to conduct psychological evaluations, including written testing and in-person clinical interviews, to assess the suitability of candidates for safety-sensitive positions. The provider must have experience conducting similar evaluations for public safety agencies and must comply with relevant laws and regulations. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for renewal.
• The provider must have a proven record of accomplishment in providing pre-employment psychological evaluation services.
• The provider must have experience working with public agencies and conducting psychological evaluations for public safety candidates.
• The provider must comply with relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and ADA.
• The provider must maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate information and evaluation materials.
• The provider must provide professional, responsive, and courteous service to District staff and candidates throughout the evaluation process.
