LRC Janitorial Services

The State of Nebraska’s Department of Administrative Services, through the State Purchasing Bureau, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Lincoln Regional Center (LRC). The contract will span four years, covering daily cleaning, restroom sanitation, periodic floor care, on‑call emergency cleaning, and supply management, with all work performed on‑site in Lincoln, NE. • Daily cleaning of offices, conference rooms, therapy areas, common spaces, and stairwells (Mon, Wed, Fri, 5 p.m.–1 a.m.) • Restroom cleaning, restocking of paper products, and floor disinfection on a daily basis • Semi‑annual floor stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning (twice per year) • On‑call emergency response within 2 hours for additional cleaning needs • Vendor must supply all equipment, chemicals (excluding bleach, ammonia, aerosols), maintain SDS sheets, manage key control, and comply with OSHA and state safety standards.
