Misawa Air Base Protestant Music Director

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a qualified vendor to provide non-personal services as a Protestant Music Director at the Misawa Air Base Chapel. The contractor will be responsible for providing choral and congregational musical direction in support of a weekly Protestant Worship Service. The contract will be for a base year with options for additional years. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). • The contractor must have experience or education in music, such as a degree in music or prior experience as a worship music director. • The contractor will be evaluated on their ability to read music, play notes, vocalize, and perform provided music satisfactorily. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the government, considering technical acceptability and price. • The contractor must submit a quote that includes the total proposed price, broken down by contract line item number (CLIN).
